1. Purpose

This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is intended to protect Inside Out Electric, LLC, its employees, contractors, and representatives (“Service Provider”) from liability related to in-building visits for electrical inspection, diagnosis, repairs, installation, or consultation (“Services”).

By allowing our team to enter your property, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this waiver.


2. Acknowledgment of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that electrical work and site visits carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Risk of injury due to electrical systems, tools, or equipment
  • Potential disruption of power or utilities during troubleshooting or repair
  • Risk of property damage resulting from pre-existing electrical faults, concealed hazards, or unstable materials

You affirm that the property is in a condition that is reasonably safe for entry and service.


3. Voluntary Consent

By signing this document or by allowing Inside Out Electric, LLC personnel to enter the premises, you consent to the Services being performed and voluntarily assume all associated risks, known or unknown.


4. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Inside Out Electric, LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or connected with:

  • Accidental injury to persons on-site
  • Minor damage due to necessary wall or panel access
  • System shutdowns required for safe work
  • Equipment failure due to pre-existing electrical issues

This release does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.


5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep the work area clear of children, pets, and unnecessary personnel
  • Disclose known electrical hazards or issues
  • Grant access to electrical panels, outlets, crawl spaces, or any area required for service
  • Accept responsibility for fixtures or wiring not originally installed by Inside Out Electric, LLC

6. Photography and Documentation

With your permission, photos may be taken of the work area for documentation, quoting, or proof of service. These will not be shared publicly without your consent.


7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or in courts located within Oklahoma.
