1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring Inside Out Electric, LLC for any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Scope of Work
Inside Out Electric, LLC offers licensed electrical services throughout Oklahoma, including new construction wiring, remodeling, troubleshooting, repairs, and backup power system installation. All work is performed to meet or exceed state and local electrical code requirements.
Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of consultation. Any changes in scope, site conditions, or client requests may require an updated quote.
3. Quotes & Payments
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- A deposit may be required to begin work or secure materials.
- Final payment is due upon completion of work unless stated otherwise in writing.
- We accept checks, major credit cards, and approved electronic payments.
Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge or the maximum rate allowed under Oklahoma law.
4. Scheduling & Access
Clients must ensure access to the job site during scheduled service times. If access is restricted or unsafe, our team may reschedule the appointment, and additional fees may apply.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a service charge. Frequent rescheduling may result in service denial.
6. Warranties & Liability
We provide a 1-year warranty on our workmanship unless otherwise specified in writing. Product warranties are governed by the manufacturer’s terms.
This warranty does not cover:
- Customer-supplied parts or fixtures
- System misuse, overloading, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by natural disasters, pests, water, or power surges
Inside Out Electric, LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages including lost income, data loss, or property damage beyond the scope of work performed.
7. Permits & Inspections
We follow all relevant electrical codes and, when applicable, obtain necessary permits from Oklahoma municipalities. Clients are responsible for ensuring access for required inspections. We coordinate directly with local inspectors unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Customer Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate project details
- Maintain a safe and accessible work environment
- Disclose known electrical or structural issues
- Avoid tampering with electrical systems during service
