1. Deposits & Payment Terms

For jobs requiring special-order materials, extended labor, or scheduling priority, a deposit may be required to secure your project date and initiate procurement. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

All final payments are due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.


2. Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75 to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
  • Repeat cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

For projects with deposits, cancellations after scheduling but before work begins may result in partial forfeiture of the deposit, depending on time, materials ordered, or labor reserved.


3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule:

  • Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 rescheduling fee.

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date, subject to availability.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • Service not rendered: If we are unable to complete the work as scheduled and you’ve already paid, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Duplicate payments: Any duplicate or overpayments will be refunded in full upon request.
  • Work dissatisfaction: If you’re dissatisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us within 3 business days so we can evaluate and, if appropriate, correct the issue. Refunds are at our sole discretion after inspection and attempted resolution.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days by the bank.


5. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Completed labor or installation services
  • Special-order parts or materials already purchased
  • Missed appointments or customer no-shows
  • Work performed that passes inspection or matches the agreed quote

6. Service Warranty

We proudly offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on most services. Warranty claims are not considered refunds and are handled as a separate service call, with no charge if determined to be a warranty issue. We do not typically warranty GFI outlets and if we decide to warranty them it is no longer than 90 days after the installation date.
